your life and your family? If you haven't heard it or don't remember it, then look it up. It's very touching, and a good reminder for all of us. After not talking to my father for about 4 years, I heard that song one day and made up my mind that I was going to call him. Despite our differences. I didn't know what to expect, but it didn't matter. One of us was going to have to STAND UP and do the RIGHT thing. Well, we talked for longer than we ever did. And neither one of us brought up the past. I developed the best relationship that I ever had with my father after that day. And a few years later... . he died. And I was with him when he died. Thank you, Lord Jesus Christ for opening my eyes. Share your story if you like.... . . and if you haven't listened to that song yet. .. make it a PRIORITY. Your life may change, if you listen as well as you hear. .. . . What do you think?

Yes that song means something different to each person. It is a good song about makeing yourself known to those in your family who might not know the real you because you haven't shown them for fear of rejection or ridicule. My parents don't know that I'm an atheist, and maybe they never will. They know most of the real me. But somethings are better left unsaid and private.

Telling someone you love them or that they are special or that they did something, that you REALLY appreciate, or how you appreciate the way they do this, or that.

The thing is to tell them NOW!
Before it is too late.
I wrote my parents a thank you letter, a long time ago.
If I am not mistaken, that song prompted me to.

Excellent for you on your success. But common sense had everything, and religion had nothing, to do with it.
