A lot of fibre and a lot of water. Fruit, dried fruit, veggies, prunes, cereal... all those things which are rich in fibre will help bowel movement, the more you drink on them the looser the motions will be.

Loose motions...lol, that's a new term! You mean "movements"? No, having a bowel movement doesn't make you loose weight. You need to eat healthy, exercise and live right and that will make you loose weight.

Take bran - the best is Kelloggs brand bran with raisins that contains no preservatives. Your stool will become softer and easier for bowel release. Bear in mind to drink lots and lots of water as it increases fibre bulk.

Like the Answerers said above, eat fiber, prunes, raisons, drink apple or prune juice.. if you don't routinely drink dark tea, drink tea.. or if you don't routinely drink coffee, drink coffee.. (for instance, I'm a tea drinker & when I need to..well.. I drink coffee!). Drink plenty of water no matter what.
By the way, stay away from cheese!!
Good luck.
