had new forced air put in in 2001. ever since then have had bad sinus type headaches daily. nose stuffed only when lay down, . furnace is in attic now. use to be in crawl space under house. could furnace be causing my headaches? other members in house don't have headaches. have carbon monoxide tester and everything isok there. could it be dry air? if so then why when slept elsewhere for 3 days still had headaches and they had a humidifier? when go outside it doesn't go away, it gets worse if cold air hits my head.

I have a similar problem.
My doctor said allegies, prescribed medication, rotten side effects,
abandoned the drugs.
Now I use a surgical mask. It keeps my inhalations warm and moist. Not a cure but a measure of relief. HTH.
