No because at the end of the day if that was the case than the texting will carry on forever and it will cost a fortune.
What happens if you have not enough credit to reply?
As long as you reply when you can it should not really matter when you reply

Then when would it end?
If the last text is a question, answer back. If it's not, and there's no way to respond besides "okay" then don't send another one. Or, to avoid all confusion or hurt feelings for not texting back, give them a call. That would definitely fix the problem, lol.

Sometimes they do.
But I stopped to care about that.
Text when you want to text, if you are sure that the other person is OK with your texting. Or e-mailing or calling.
But you have to make difference between nice and too much.

well if you've finished the conversation then take it its ended - I usually just send a finishing text to be on the safe side something like - ok take care chat soon. xx -
