Where is a good and inexpensive place to get nails done in Manhattan?

I am living in lower spanish harlem/ very upper eastside. I am looking for a clean place to get a manicure that is inexpenisize. I know a place to go in Queens where you can get a great manacure and pedicure for $15 together. I would love to find a place that is cheaper to where I live.

Why don't you do your own and save yourself money and time? I have had a manicure twice in my life and regretted spending the $25+ on it. Why? Two reasons; I do a better job myself and I don't need to worry about infection.
