Probably not. Almost all sewage treatment plants produce methane, which is a form of pollution, but won't directly cause injury to people. (Global warming might, but that isn't from breathing the stuff.) They usually burn the gas off instead of releasing it directly. This makes it less harmful to the environment (and less smelly too.)

If you have any doubts at all about it's safety then you should turn it off. Call the manufacturer tomorrow morning and ask their customer service department. Don't listen to any old answer, make sure you get a full explanation for the multi coloured flames from someone who knows what they are talking about. I have always been told that if a gas flame is yellow then it is unsafe, and could lead to carbon monoxide poisoning. Blue is good.

if its the natural gas or something like this ,no this is only dangerous for breathing in closed place .
but if its from some medical, electrical, or chemical burning it will hurt so much and have bad side effects

the toxins are burned off, that is why there is a flame.
