Does Coventry, England still look and feel like an industrial city or has it deindustrialised entirely?

Does it still look like a heavy manufacuring town, or has the service industry and deindustrialisation obliterated the old industrial landscape of the place?

Well, I've only been to the train station and inside the ring road (downtown), but that was just last month. From the aerial photos, there do seem to be some factories outside the ring road.

What I noticed was a lot of vacant commercial and residential properties. It seems like a city that's trying really hard to become a commercial/service industry city. It is a college town, but looks like the commercial side isn't quite taking off right now.
