Some really nasty response's from people. I was just asking a simple question as I find it very un lady like for women to fart.
Yes of corse i know it is a natural bodily function but there is a time and a place for everthing. And are people telling me that they cant control a burp or a fart!!!!! It is a diliberate act.

I agree with you!
I have been with my husband for 10 years and I don't fart in front of him.
I'm not prudish in any way, but I do believe that it makes you much less of a lady when you let rip in front of others!

As much as i try and i do try hard i just cant help trumping occasionally, and if that happens to be when im in the bath with my hubbie (the bubbles popped under his nose lol) or when his head is being forced under the duvet its really not my fault.
He loves me so much that he would rather put up with the odd fart rather that let me suffer with a belly ache. Me and my husband love each other very much and there is absolutley nothing i wouldnt do in front of him, he watched me give birth for gods sake and thats way more hideous than a little fart.
Not sure why people got angry 1st time round as i dont think i saw your 1st quetion or the way in which you worded it!

Well perhaps it was your statement that men can burp and fart but women shouldn't that angered people. Believe me, as a women, I DO NOT WANT TO HEAR ANY MAN BURP OR FART EITHER. Its a total turn off to me.

I used to hold mine in and it was very embarrssing if one slipped.my best friend and on off relationship for 6 years, I always clenched my butt cheeks when one was going to come through, one day my friend kept feeding me peas and I let one out and then I jus couldn't help it and my stomach was hurting, now he's family and we love each other unconditionally but he's the only person that I feel comfortable around enough to do that around him and I mean I don't do it much if at all anymore around him though I don't mind burping if i've had too much soda. It's funny to see people's reactions like wtf or I'm discusted so I'll def do it for fun, especially my mom cuz she's so uptight. it's hallarious! and sometimes I'll play a joke on my friend and like fart on him. I'm imature but it makes people and me laugh so it's all good but ya I know some farts come out and it's such a horriable god awful smell, but I mean sometimes it's worth it if it will releave you of insanely horriable gass pains in your stomach.

look! men don't have a problem farting or burping in public or even in your face for that matter why cant we?.. almost as though when women fart its a crime being committed but when men do its the best thing since sliced bread!

No anger here - but some times its not a deliberate act. Sometimes it just catches you off-guard, like a sneeze. :) But I agree, there is a time and place for bodily functions.

i agree with you.for both sexes tho.i really dont get aroused by a partner cocking his leg+letting rip .and i would rather self combust than fart infront of any1 lol a lady should be seen and not heard lol

I don`t know. It`s a honest question. I haven`t done that in front of anyone even my family. There`s a bathroom for that.
