What a bunch of ignorant witches.

The man in question works 10 hour days, is always 30 minutes early to work, loves his wife and baby dearly but never gets to see his wife because of being on opposite schedules. SO yes he plays an online game to be social instead of drinking, doing drugs or cheating on his wife.

I know why so many men cheat on their wives...Its because they are all like you, ungrateful, snooping, cheating, controling biotches.

Cancel the internet. If the man is spending more time on the internet than he is at work or with his family, then he's not happy. Sometimes today's technology can be so destructive to the family unit. Before TV's and video games, the families spent way more time together doing healthy activities. When was the last time you saw a family out riding a bike together? Nope, they're all sitting on the couch eating junk adn watching tv getting fat.

I don't think a younger guy with four children should do it, so definitely not an older one.

I guess a temporary stop would be to remove the computer from the house and the games too. But he would find something else. So if he won't go to marriage counseling or something, then he should know the wife is probably working on how to get into a better situation without him.

Throw the friggin' computer out of the window! He is an addict! Treat him like one! Get rid of the offending games and he'll be angry but....he won't be playing will he? He'd rather spend time on the machine than with his family. Perhaps he need counseling. Will he cooperate with only playing a couple of hours? Probably not. Get rid of the computer or you'll be miserable. He's being selfish. Godloveya.

Perhaps he does not get enjoyment spending time with his family and goes to the computer to play games. I'd find out why he spends so much time on the computer versus spending time with family. It could be a distraction for him - perhaps he doesn't know how to interact with his family. Some men do not interact with the family but takes care of them. Find out what draws him away from the family and into the computer arena.

No I dont think he should play games for 8 hrs a day. Somebody should tell him that he is now a grown up who is married with a baby. He's not a little boy living with mom anymore. Men will stay kids as long as you allow them to.

I would say that if he's in his 30's, with a family and is playing games for 8 hours or more, when the heck is he working??? Time to grow up!
