No, men technically cannot be called "nymphos." Nymphomania is named for the nymphs, female spirits in Greek mythology. Greek mythology also gives us the name for the male equivalent of nymphomania, which is called "satyriasis." A satyr is a creature that is part man and part horse (or sometimes goat) and is associated with Dionysus, the Greek god of wine and debauchery. Mmmm...debauchery...
So to sum up: nymphomania is used exclusively for women, and satyriasis is used for the fellas.

Almost all men are nymphos, thats why you dont have to refer to them as one. It is rare to find a woman like that.

i went out with a guy who was taking medication for his knee but it meant he was horny 24/7. literally hours and hours and hours, and if i went away he couldn't take it. just wanted it all the time. so yeah. definately.
