Normally with proof of your new address, and a letter from your previous landlord or bank or whomever stating they authorize you have left. A letter from your new landlord or simply your lease, or your registered change of address from the Post Office will prove you've moved easily enough.

Show proof of residence at another location for a date after you lived at the old place. Mail, utility bills, driver's license, etc. should all help do this.
