Personally, I think the 1st Amednment is ridiculously stretched beyond its means.(media power)

The Right to bare arms the second amendment. Perhaps that will stop the crazy use of firearms in the United States in schools like a few weeks ago the Amish peoples School.

The 19th amendment. Or how about 2nd, 3rd, or 4th. I don't hear anyon repeating these frequently. Why not eliminate them?

I would take away the 5th amendment double jeopardy suck. I mean if you find new evidence they can not be tried twice.
