cos they have different weather... no Ireland is not part of the united Kingdom... we also don't tell you the outlook for France either do we?

For the same reason they don't show the weather for France: it's not part of the UK. Southern Ireland is it's own country, Northern Ireland still falls under Great Britain

Actually BBC, ITV and Channel 4 do not show the weather for the Republic of Ireland. Sky News does. It is less about nations and more who the channels' markets are. In the case of the comercial stations, the channels get no more income from Irish viewers of advertisements, therefore no incentive to mention the Republic. As for the BBC their government remit is to the United Kingdom, the Republic has RTÉ. Sky News broadcasts to the Republic and even has Sky News Ireland bulletins hence why they will mention the Republic in weather reports.

Because Ireland isn't part of the United Kingdom, whereas Northern Ireland is. (It's actually called the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.)

maybe because Southern Ireland isn't part of the UK? anymore than looking for Spanish weather in China wouldn't give you the results you wanted either
