It is very sad that more than half of the people here don't know that tonguing means oral sex.
On the other hand, a French kiss, or deep kiss is a romantic or sexual kiss in which one participant's tongue touches the other's tongue (or lips) and usually enters his/her mouth.
Tonguing is using your lips on someone's privates, including sucking of the nipples

Speaking in tongues is the evidence that a person has been filled with the Holy Ghost, which is an impartation of God's Spirit. This DOES IN FACT OCCUR today, and everyday, it in fact has never stopped and will continue until Jesus' return.
