These theories are usually promoted by far left wing or right wing groups bent on pushing their own extermist agendas, by playing on the paranoia of people. In my opinion these are the evil forces we need to be afraid of. Luckily they are not in control and tend to be pretty inept, their theories push the bounds of credulity and they suffer from strong internal divisions.
My link is to a very interesting article about a journalist who had been investigating extremists groups, conspiracy theories seem to be common to all of them.

"I had a Damascus moment when i realised that all these extremists believed in the secret room [the room from which the secret rulers of the New World Order, a shadowy cabal of bankers and/or jews and/or lizards, pull the strings]. So that put in my head the idea of doing a travel book, to go and actually try to find the secret room."

Oh, gosh, I have also heard that its the Democratic Liberal Marxist Party or perhaps the Republican Fundamentalist Conservative Nazi Party. Some people also think it might be controlled by the Chaney-Halliburton-Oil Cartel.

Maybe, as was suggested on the Simpson's, its just Major League Baseball. perhaps the Illuminati, Hillary Clinton, the Catholic Church, the Free Masons, the Kennedys, L. Ron Hubbard....

Oh, here's a new one we've never heard about before: How about the JEWS?

I wish you'd get a life and realize that life isn't one big conspiracy. You have way too much time on your hands. Instead of posting bogus crap on this site, you need to get yourself well informed of FACTS and not conspiracy. Your stupid statement deserves no other reply than that. Quit wasting our time and get educated for REAL!!
