Your question can't be answered how you expect. 'Time' is just a measurement. Nothing more, nothing less. We don't know exactly when it began or when it will end so no-one knows exactly where we are along this (time)line to know the current time.
All we do now is that someone decided to break down a day (based on astronomical observations) into segments called hours, and within that minutes and then seconds and so on and that measurment, that scale if you will is still used today and has now been standardised by international time zones based around an atomic clock as a reference point.
