My opinion should be Thailand.
I'd start at Bangkok for some shopping before I head off to Phuket or Phi Phi island for some partying or Pattaya.
Or the other way round. Thailand is a beautiful country to visit and everything else is quite affordable.
I'm not Thai tho'.

forget thailand far too much for tourits.14 millions last year.forget the island state singapor. nothing to do and expensive. try PHILIPPINES . 1.5 millions last year.very safe;nice people;beautifull county side,nice warm waters for snorkeling or diving;rain forest and CHEAP;
