Go to tool bar above click tools / internet options/ programmes/ then click manage add ons/ Disable some add ons you dont recognize this should solve your explorer problem. Search for add ons too in the microsoft website for more help.

Not an answer, but a recommendation: Get the Firefox browser instead at www.mozilla.com. It doesn't have any of the security issues that IE has, and a new installation of it will probably sort out your problem. By the way, it also imports you 'favourites' folder as well as all the connection requirements.

Good luck!

First thing , scan for virus and spyware!
If this fixes it, fine. If not, do a "system restore" back to when your computer was running OK.
If it's now fixed. good! If not call Microsoft Tech Support at:
866-727-2388
Virus and Security issues are FREE! 24hrs! Tell them your computers acting funny. You heard about their free "Live One Care Scan" and you want to try it. They'll run a complete scan online for "everything" and fix it ,including a registry scan for errors and other good stuff, defrag, disc clean up, etc.... It'll take a couple hrs.
