Drug addiction IS a sickness, not just a hump. It's quite obvious your mom needs help and I commend you for wanting to help her. You need to get her into some kind of counseling. Do you have a pastor or someone close to you that can talk to her? You have to make her understand that you want her around for a long time, and the drugs are keeping her from you. I'll add my prayers to yours for your mom. Stay strong & keep the faith.

oh, here's a clue. you can pray forever and nothing will ever get done about the problem. she needs real help and praying is way short of the mark. check her into rehab. failing that, give her over to the local authorities. kinda hard to get drugs in jail.

SHE WILL QUIT WHEN SHE'S READY!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU CAN'T MAKE HER QUIT HER DRUGS, YOU CAN'T PRAY THEM AWAY EITHER!! IF YOU ARE 13 OR OLDER FIND AN ALATEEN MEETING!! WHERE IS DAD?????
WHAT SHE HAS IS A DISEASE, IF SHE HAD HEART TROUBLE, OR CANCER DO YOU THINK YOU COULD CURE HER?? IT'S THE SAME THING, SHE NEEDS HELP, BUT SHE HAS TO WANT IT SHE HAS TO FIX THIS NOT YOU!!!! SEE IF YOU CAN STAY WITH ANOTHER RELATIVE OR AT A FRIENDS HOUSE, LOOSING YOU MIGHT SHAKE HER INTO DEALING WITH HER PROBLEM!!! YU JUST KEEP YOURSELF SAFE, AND GET THE HELP YOU NEED!! YOUR NOT IN A HEALTHY ENVIROMENT!!! GOOD LUCK SWEETHEART!!!

Remember her problem is not under your control at all. You did not cause it and you are not responsible for it. With that in mind, I would pay a visit to your local chapter of narc-a-non. they have a great number of resources to assist you in what you can do and what you can accomplish.
