We debate this question where I work often. Many seem to find Sunday's harder to deal with because of the prospect of going back to the stress and grind of the working world on Mondays. I know I have a harder time falling asleep on Sunday nights more so than any other night of the week myself.

Do you have this problem also or do you have other ways of coping with that upcoming stress?

I used to get nauseous at the prospect of going to a very stressful job. Since I have quit that job I seldom get nauseous. That job made me sick! I never found a way to cope other than just not doing it anymore. I am thankful for my husband who supported me in my decision to quit.

No, Sundays are the most relaxing for me, because I typically have my housework done and I can relax.

I do have a hard time getting to sleep, but that has more to do with the nap I've taken than stress.

I'm now able to leave work at work, so once I'm out, I'm out! I don't think about it until Monday morning, if that.

My husband stresses. Fool!

While I worked as a car sales person I worked 7 days a week. Monday-Sunday 9am-9pm and some nights didn't get out until 2:am, Saturdays were better 9am-7PM, and Sunday 12pm-6-pm, wow a break on Sundays!! Ya see my friend, someone always has it worse than you do.

I used to feel that stress when I worked. Not so much now. Sunday itself is one of my favorite days. Saturday is always a busy day filled with errands and stuff, but Sunday usually includes having a big family dinner and maybe watching an old movie afterward, lots of laughter and fun...supper is take out. Works for me! :)
