I have to restore my computer and don't want to lose the full functions of NERO and Music Match. How do I locate the keys I inputted when I bought them.

They may be on the receipt you received online at the time of purchase. I always print and save a copy. You can try contacting the vendor and see if they have a a record of your purchase and can provide you with a key.

if you purchased software online, you had to have registered with the software vendor and they should have a record of your purchase. go to the vendor's website, get a customer service number and call them to make sure they have your info and your software keys before you restore your computer.

Go to their web sites and contact their technical support staff. The keys might be in a text file or in the registry, but there's no point in looking all over the place on your own.

Is your computer up and running right now. If so you might try going to www.belarc.com and download the free version it will tell you everything about the computer serial # of mobo, cpu, hdd, and most of the software serials also. I know it tells you the serials of MS software and even norton..Thanks
