Stop "planning" to take him to the vet, and go NOW.

If the cats were pedigreed and had generations of genetic material lost to get the kittens to look like a single breed of cat, then the risk of deformities in a brother and sister breeding would be very high. Since you are dealing with stray cats, and they have more diverse genetic material (as long as you have a strong cat population in your area), there is a chance the kittens could be normal. It really depends on chance and luck at this point. What's done is done, and you have two choices. Take your chances, and see what happens naturally with your pregnant cat, or pay money to get the pregnancy terminated. If you take your chances, the pregnant cat could have problems, but she may not as well. It is all a game of chances and odds. If the kittens are born and don't live, well your question is answered, and if they live, you have your answer as well. If the pregnant cat is too young the chances are high that her own body will terminate the pregnancy naturally. If the pregnant cat has difficulty, and dies while giving birth, you will need to find yourself a new cat, and this time be more careful. So concerning the health of the pregnant cat, there is a chance she could deliver the kittens without problems. Another option is that nature could right itself by terminating the pregnancy naturally (sometimes happens when pregnant too young), or she could struggle giving birth and die. As for the kittens, she could give birth to healthy kittens, or the kittens could die. It all comes down to what you are willing to live with, and that will determine which choices you should make. Good Luck!

TAKE THE KITTEN TO THE VET RIGHT NOW! DO NOT WAIT TWO DAYS!
Your kitten is seriously ill. He needs immediate vet care to survive or would you rather have a dead kitten?
Please, take your kitten to the vet now. Do not wait couple of days to see if he will come out of it, he will die before you take him to the vet.
If he will not drink or eat, that kitten will starve. He needs the vet.
Please call the vet and tell him what you told us. The vet would tell you to bring him in today. Please call the vet and get ready to put your kitten in a cat carrier and transport him to the vet today.
Two years ago, I have one of two kittens who refused to drink or eat anything. Do you know what we did? We did not ask for advice from people I never met on what should I do. I got my cat carrier out and got both kittens into the carrier and took them both to the vet who was a 30 minute drive away from our home. Thankfully, we ended up with a minor illness in my kitten but we took them to the vet when we first noticed that something was amiss.
We did not ask people what should we do, we did what any good responsible cat or dog owner would do - we took our pet to the vet immediately and we now have two very healthy two year old cats.
Please do not wait two days, go now. Your kitten's life hangs in the balance.

Your kitten needs to go to the vet NOW! If it was your child that was dying you would rush them to hospital not "plan to go in two days". If your kitten means anything to you, you will get a bus, a taxi, anything to help them. People who can't afford a vet should not have pets. Many vets have emergency clinics at night just like a hospital A&E so will be able to help you if you go, even at 3 in the morning! Stop playing on the internet and save its life.

Your kitten will die if you don't get it to a vet or an emergency veterinary clinic AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All those symptoms you say, indicate an animal that is dying.

There is nothing you can do except get him to the vet. He needs fluids and nutrition given to him in his veins, if he is to survive at all. A kitten in a condition as close to death as your description indicates, cannot swallow.

While you get him ready to go to the vet, put him on a towel on a hot water bottle or a heating pad set on low, because an animal as close to death as he is, will also have a body temperature below normal and warming him up may keep him alive long enough for you to get to the vet offic.

He will not live another couple of days without veterinary care, he probably won't live another two hours without veterinary care.

Even if the vet is not nearby it sounds like this poor little creature is really suffering - don't wait a couple of days, take him to the vet now! It surely can't be that far. This is a living thing, a bit of distance shouldn't be a problem. Make his welfare a priority and get him to the vet straight away.

What the hell are you playing at???? No vet close by is NOT a good enough excuse!!!! Would you let a child wait a couple of days??? Poor little thing! Kittens are tiny as it is. And I CANNOT believe you are watching it sleep with its bloody eyes open!! Are you an idiot?? Anything as serious as this appears to be needs fixing IMMEDIATELY!!! PRONTO!!! VITE!!! NOW!!!! SHAME ON YOU FOR WAITING!!!

This is ridiculous, why sit at the computer asking stupid questions. GET YOUR KITTEN STRAIGHT TO A VET! If you have no transport, get a taxi or call the vet out to you.

How can you possibly wait a couple of days when he is obviously this ill? Be a responsible pet owner and ACT NOW!

Cats kidneys will start to shut down within two days without food or water. A kitten is even more susceptible to dehydration, kidney failure, liver failure, etc.

I have a feeling your kitten didn't even survive this writing. poor thing - to suffer such an agonizing death while you looked for support on the Internet, he could have been taken care of by a veterinarian, either medically or humanely euthanized. Not die an agonizing death. Shame on you. Don't get anymore pets! Do them all a favor.

Your cat probably has worms. When they have worms, they become very skinny and weak. They feel really sick and refuse to eat and drink. As for sleeping with his eyes open, I've never heard that in my life before. Check his poop for worms, and take your cat to a vet asap! Your better off getting advice from a vet then on this website!

This question was posted 2 days ago - I do hope your kitten is still alive and that you've taken all the advice on not hung around to take it to the vet! It's clearly very poorly and in distress.
