45 lbs is too mcuh to loose in 2 months! you will NEED TO EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE! thats the only way to loose weight. go to the store buy fruits and veggies, chicke, salad, pastas. whole grain everything (even the pasta) that is how you will loose weight. if you are really determined to loose weight b4 you go to maui then you will need to eat halthy. im a chocoholic too. when you go to the store dont buy junk food. if you dont buy it then obviously you wont eat it! buy a pacakge of dove chocolates and put them in a freezer! and eat a few a day. thats what i do and i absolutley love chocolate. freezing t hem helps cause it makes them last longer since they're hard =) but eat healthy, exercise, takes walks and do pilates or swim.

good luck!

have fun!

You can't lose 45 pounds in 2 months so you might as well get that out of your head. You don't really sound willing to eat healthy either. To lose weight you have to stay away from the junk food and eat healthy. Drink alot of water and excercise. Try walking for 30 minutes everyday. I recommend not eating after 6:00 pm. Yes sometimes it is hard to eat healthy when there is a fast food restaurant on every corner but if you do eat there you need to make a healthy choice like a side salad or a grilled chicken sandwich. I know a juicy cheeseburger would be so much tastier but if you want to lose weight you have to resist the urge. Don't totally deprive yourself or you won't stick with it. Good luck to you and your lifestyle change (lets not call it a diet).

How about if you just eat a normal diet and buy your swimsuit in a larger size and enjoy your vacation without being concerned about how you look in a bikini?

There is NO WAY to safely lose 45 lbs in two months. Taking pills, ordering food online and starving yourself are not the answer anyway. Eat more fruits and veggies, limit the chocolate to once or twice a week and become more active. Exercise is the best solution anyway... and it's much better for you, plus you'll tone up and look better in that swimsuit :)

It is pretty difficult to lose 45 lbs. in two months. Set a more realistic goal so you do not end up disappointed. Eat lots of lean protien and steamed veggies. Do not eat past 6 pm. When you crave chocolate eat a small piece of dark chocolate (dove makes a delicious one.) Exercise... cardio (eliptical, treadmill, long walks), do classes at the gym. Just be gentle with yourself... Rome was not built in 2 months...

you might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout to use as well.

Be realistic. A fad diet isn't going to be very effective.
You need a health plan, exercise, eating the right foods and eating at the right times. It takes commitment but IT WORKS. I can personally attest to it. Slim in 6 is a good one for you. I have done the power 90 program with excellent results but you don't have 90 days. Slim in 6 is a six week program. beachbody.com is where you can find it.

Go on the Adkins Diet-----strictly. No cheating. As for chocolate, there are chocolate Adkins bars you can pick up at the diet food lane in your grocery. Use sparingly. Take a 30 minute walk every day.

Do this and you should lose the weight quickly.

2 months? 45 pounds?! Whoa! Babe, your really asking a lot here! Besides working out 6-7 days a week, and cutting your calorie intake down to maybe 600-1000 calories, and as a option take vitamin supplements for women, you could lose up to 20-25 pounds by then.

Both dieting and exercises are essential for losing weight. By dieting I mean that you should balance your daily food intake. Take only as much Carbohydrates and fats which you can burn in your daily acitivity. Each gram of Carbs and Proteins produces 4 Calories of energy while each gram of fat produces 9 calories. Take proteins in addition to carbs and fats because they are essential for building muscle mass. The best diet, in my opinion, would be milk, juices, fruits and vegetables for vitamins and minerals. And eggs, fish, chicken for proteins.

Isotonic or Weight training exercises are good for building muscle mass and toning up muscles but for losing weight a much better option is to do aerobic exercises. You can only perform 10, 20 or 50 repetitions of isotonic exercises while you can easily do aerobic exercises for half an hour or more. Secondly for losing weight, if you are hitting a particular area, it doesn’t mean that you’ll lose weight only there. When you start losing fat the process generally involves your entire body fat. Aerobic exercises are also good for your circulation, heart and respiration. The best aerobic exercises in my opinion are: running, cycling, swimming and brisk walk.
