The one that talks about how people ridicule and say, if
Allah is so powerful, why doesn't He fix things?
And the Quran says, "If He did send an angel, He would fix it
RIGHT! And there would be no more respite!"
No more chances. And there would be a whole lot of sorry
souls looking at the Fires of Hell.
So we should be glad our Creator is merciful, and
long-suffering. And gives us another day, and another
opportunity to get it right.

“Allah is the light of the Heavens and the Earth His light is like a niche in which there is a lamp, the lamp is in a glass, the glass is like a glittering star. It is kindled of a blessed olive tree, neither of the east nor of the west its oil will almost shine even if no fire has touched it. Light upon Light. Allah guides to his light whomsoever he pleases, and gives examples to mankind. Allah has knowledge of everything.”

The verse I love the most from the Quran is about never despairing, no matter what we have done. Here it is:
39:53
Say: "O Ibadi (my slaves) who have transgressed against themselves (by committing evil deeds and sins)! Despiar not of the Mercy of Allah: verily, Allah forgives all sins. Truly, He is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful".
