i'm dealing with the very similar element. My healthcare professional suggested that I shed extra pounds first and then concentration on quitting yet truly it is so demanding to do both. I somewhat have quit smoking notwithstanding the burden will in basic terms no longer flow away. i do not advise you stop all of sudden. I went chilly turkey and OMG i replaced into tossing and turning in mattress at nighttime yet I managed to kick the habit. try smoking a lot less popular as an get mutually in case you smoke 10 cigarettes an afternoon try 9 and gradually flow down daily to at least one a lot less until eventually you're right down to at least a million an afternoon. I also advise that you exercising or a minimum of walk daily for a minimum of 20-30min.

I do not suggest you to keep trying anymore diets as they have the same effect every time you go back on your normal food intake.
Why don't you try to change your look at what food is..as we are what we eat!..Avoid as much as possible meat, dairy, fried and refined foods as you can not get from them anything good..start eating 3 to 5 servings of different vegetables a day, 2to 3 fruits a day and the most important a good source of protein as fish, lentils, quinoa etc. and wholegrain foods as brown pasta, ray bread, brown rice etc. It is very important that you eat as much as possible Organic foods as they do not contain harmful additives as all regular once. Drink plenty of water, up to 1,5 - 2liters a day and reduce using the salt as the salt (Sodium) keeps the water in the body and may increase your body weight. Also support your body with good formula of Multivitamins and minerals and 1gr of vit C a day. Go to Nutritional Therapist and they'll make the best possible long life diet for you! By that you guarantee yourself of healthy, low weight, long life.

I don't agree with fad diets! I think a balanced diet of all the necessary food groups, alongside been regularly active is the best way.

Everyone deserves a treat, be realistic don't set yourself targets which you are going to find extremely difficult from the start - you will be destined to fail!

At the risk of stating the obvious, the best diet is the one you can stick with over the long haul. You can't always go by what works for others - they might be able to adhere to a regimen that you won't be able to.

Just try to have 3 meals a day and eat everything in moderation. Diets dont work if they did there would only be one!
