God.
Jhn 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Jhn 3:17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Much of humanity used to (and many still do) try to earn their way to Heaven -- though from R&S we know know there are many who deliberately do not even want to get to heaven; prefer to spend eternity in the outer darkness of hell, totally separated from God, from friends, from everyone and everything.

The Father knew there was only one way for humans to be restored and made right in the presence of a Holy God. So He took the initiative and sent His Only-Begotten Son so that whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.

He does not force it on anyone. He knows there are some who, strangely, prefer the alternative.

No power is greater than the Almighty. Jesus was just human like you and me, the only difference is he was chosen by the God
to pass on Revelations to mankind. Each of us will be responsible for what we have done, in good or evil. Only our deeds will go along with us at the day of the judgement. By that time, you will be surprise to find that your tongue won't be able to speak anymore, instead your eyes, ears, hands and legs will be your witnesses for what you have done on earth.

The answer is God the Father. This was part of the Plan of Salvation He had presented to all His spiritual children before the foundation of the world. (See Job 38).

GOD had already decided before he made man to have a plan B.So he does not need YOU to ask him for any thing.Salvation is a gift to his CHILDREN who willingly want to be reunited with there Father.Maybe you never had a real relationship with your father that was meaningful.Sad for you.But for the rest of us who love to sit at his feet and LISTEN love to be in his company.

God sent Jesus Christ to save us from our sins, if you picked up a Bible you would read all about it.

God asked Him too. Jesus could have stopped it at any time but He chose not to because of His great love for us.
