hi. firstly turn automatic updates on which will continue to install updates without validationm check. next go to start > all programs>accesories > windows explorer.
Click on tools > folder option > view > show hidden files and folders.
Then browse to c > docs and settings > all users > applcation data > windows genuine advantages> data.
delete the data file , then right click on the screen > new > text document.
then open it , click > file > save as
