If one is serious about religion going to religious school is one way to obtain knowledge. Once having gone there and having good understanding of it the person may continue through self-study in other ways. Just because a person stop attending a formal school does not mean he is no longer learning. As a Christian I find that formal learning can take you so far in knowing the bible in theory. Since the bible was written by men under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit it is acknowledged that only the Holy Spirit can bring spiritual understanding (revelation in Christian terminalogy) to God's word. As I study the bible and pray about it I get never ending understanding of God's word from the Holy Spirit. I know that getting revelation from the Holy Spirit on God's word is exciting and never ending till I am called home to Jesus. With Holy Spirit's teaching me the more I know the more I need to know of God's word. A Christian continues to learn all the time by instruction of the Holy spirit. So if a Christian does not go to school he is still learning.

Every priest I've met has held a doctorate. One even teaches at the FBI academy. I think we religious are very well educated. You, on the other hand, needs to go back to school and learn how to type. It should be, "Why (you spell the word out or you wind up looking lazy) don't (you forgot the apostrophe) religious peoples (plural, more then one) go back to school?"

And what does religion have to do with going BACK to school? Why doesn't non religious go back to school? I don't really know what you are wanting in an answer here.. Just because they are religious means they are stupid? In that case, that's profiling and slanderous and you know that is wrong. Not everyone that is religious is stupid. Do your research..

Unfortunately, many of today's seminaries and religious schools are staffed by liberal and even atheistic reachers, who know little or nothing about the traditional faith.
Many of those graduating with advanced degrees know less about the true faith than their largely undeducated parents did.

I've had plenty of education, including college. Oh, and you might want to check your own grammar. You should have used a question mark at the end of your question, not an exclamation point.
