I don't know what's wrong...?

Question

i follow all the instructions with nero trying to copy a dvd, all i have is a error screen, thats say the dvd have one, so i tried different dvd(5) and i have the same thing....any advice?

1> Use NERO IMAGE DRIVE TO CREATE DVD IMAGES
BY 1> Open Nero Express (best use NERO 7)
go to Image,Project,Copy => Select Copy Entire DVD
Select NEXT
2> Select source drive as YOUR CURRENT DVD ROM/WRITER
Select destination drive as Image Recorder [DVD]
3> Select Copy , to continue
It will ask for the Saving Image file , GIVE any Desired Name
[NOTE :=> DON'T ADD POST FIX .nrg , IT WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADD IT]
4> AFTER SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETION IT WILL GIVE
" Burn Process Successfully"
5> You had it.

If it has copy protection use "ISOBUSTER RECOVER TOOL" TO GRAB IT.

The DVD have one ?

Be more specific ...do you HAVE a DVD drive ...I use DVD 1 click copy 5 and it works great ...if that's what you meant by dvd(5) click on the ? and it will take you to a solutions page. Also right click anywhere on the DVD1 click copy ...and you'll get a load of options ...make sure you check mark what is needed.
