look at it like this: if you were a man , would you want a 'bag of bones' in bed with you? you could roll over and break everything!
men want something to hold onto. only little boys who know nothing of the world (only what's in their pants) want a 'skinny chic' to get their rocks off. know what i mean?
all the skinny chic has is knowing she's skinny (and gets used for it). girls with some mean on their bones get a guy with some taste (and not just 'taste with the mouth', either). a REAL MAN.

You need to find out your ideal weight. How tall are you and how much do you weigh now? You do not need to be rail thin.
Those girls that are super thin now will be looking very old very quickly. They do not take care of themselves and this makes your body turn on itself. It is very hard to undo the damage that you have done to your body. Sometimes it can not be undone.
Be wise and eat healthy. No sodas or junk food, no fried fatty foods. Eat lots of vegetables and whole grain. Lots of fiber and lean protean.
Exercises for 1 hour a day. Change it up go for a walk Mon, Wed, Fri. Do a work out video Tues. and Thurs.

Not everyone can be VERY THIN and not everyone should be. If you are truly overweight then you should watch your carbs. 15g=1carb and you should have 2-3 carbs per meal. Make sure you are drinking a lot of water, keep your salt intake down and always get a check up from your doctor before you start any diet program.

Having a full figure is beautiful to me. As long as you act confident and just be happy with yourself, it'll be better for you to start going to the gym for running on treadmill twice a week, just think of it as relaxation..slowly, you'll lose weight and have a toner body. Dont look at everyone else and think they r beautiful coz they r thin. Many thin women want to be curvy and hate thier bodies! this is a fact! So, do yourself proud by loving yourself! :)

So be realistic, start with small steps: you should not eat any servings bigger than your fist - Cut your food portions down, drink lots of water - it keeps the system flushed. Take the stairs whenever possible, try this simple breathing technique devised to speed up your heart rate (for very large people just starting out)through your nose- breathe in as much air as you can (fill your lungs, breathe out through your mouth as if you were breathing it into a straw. do this as often as possible (driving down the road..etc..)as for as long as you can. You will increase your heart rate therefor burn calories.

watch what you eat. you should have 20 grams of fat and i've heard people say 2,000 calories, but i'm not sure. have no trans fat. stay away from hot dogs and chips and ice cream. there are a lot of yummy healthy food. Honeybunches of Oats is one of my favorites. have a lot of protein and fiber. do a fun sport. if there is none going on at your school, you could do it at home in your backyard. run around your neighborhood or take your dog for a walk. i get my exercise by walking to and from school and picking up my little brother. (a mile and a mile back) also, most popcicles are low fat and calories. good luck and don't starve yourself cuz that actually makes you gain weight cuz you don't have protein.

Go outside and exercise, enjoy the sunshine. Schedule your workout plans for each week and jog a lot. Cut down on trash food and the high calories. Eat healthy. And by no time, you'll be at your desired weight.

Try some tennis. It is fun and before you know it you will not be playing to lose weight but playing because you enjoy it and before you know you will see yourself slimming down. Unlike other diets it won't be coming back because you will continue to play. Eat to live and not live to eat. For me eating is a hassle I could be doing something else. More fruits and vegetables instead of meat and breads and potatoes, but first be happy with who you are regardless:)

Everyone has a different body type and the main idea is to be healthy. If you are fat it does not mean you are unhealthy and if you are thin it does not mean you are healthy.
