i am in need of a change; over the past few weeks ive had really bad mouth sores as a result of the chemo i'm having and all that i seem to be able to tolerate are ice lollies but i've bored myself with mini milks, ice pops and fruit pastel lollies i'd like something different... lets have some good inspiring suggestions so i can motivate myself to go and buy them!

I was heavily pregnant during this summers heatwave and I ate my way through all things cold! I hope these suggestions help you in your mission for good ice cream and lollies!

Strawberry mivvi's
FAB, and they are in different flavours now!
Sainsbury's own label, Kiwi burst
Sainsburys own label, tase the difference valencia orange juice lollies
Rocket lollies -they still sell 'em in boxed packs!
Ribena lollies
Ben and Jerry's (they are tubs of ice cream, but should do the same!) Chunky monkey - banana, walnut and dark chocolate - Cherry Garcia - dark cherries and chocolate - Phish food - chocolate and vanilla ice cream with fish shaped bits of choccy and marshmallow swirls - Half baked - chocolate brownies and cookie dough in chocolate and vanilla ice cream
Slush puppies could work!

Also you could try buying ice lollies maker tray (cheap plastic things, got mine from Sainsburys) and make your own flavours of what ever you wanted!

I hope you feel better soon and in the near future be able to stop having to eat so many lollies.

butterscotch flavour angel delight made up then frozen into lollies is heavenly!! And no drips because you make them with milk!

Otherwise, Twister is yummy.

How about make your own? you can get lolly moulds at www.lakelandlimited.co.uk i think then you can make them out of lemonade, your favourite squashes, even freeze bits of fruit in them if you feel like it.

failing that lemonade sparkles are awesome!

hope you feel better soon xxx
