or would it be so hard to do that. has anybody done that before?

They are the same prerequisites, 8 hr- biology, chemisty, physics, english, social sciences, and math. Although veterinary medicine programs sometimes require additional courses, i.e. biochemisty, cell and molecular biology, etc. But any additional classes you can take will help you for medical school as well.

Many of the classes are the same: biology, chemistry, organic chemistry, etc., so the answer is yes. Veterinary medicine is still medicine - its just medicine for the non-human animal. Human biology is the pre-medical degree for the HUMAN animal. Go for it!

About the only one I can think of that might benefit you in veterinary medicine, but would also be applicable to human medicine is comparative anatomy and physiology.

Its possible, but animal husbandry and poultry science aren't likely to satisfy any human medicine pre-reqs. Might satisfy elective science, but the courses aren't easy.

It is possible, but sooner or later you will have to make a choose on which one you want to do. Either one can be a rewarding career.
