Am writing a report on collection of blood { venepuncture} and packed cell volume, am supposed to give an introduction ,then principal behind the two [separetly] What should i write about? this is for a medical physiology practical.

Start by describing a brief overview of what venepuncture is. State GENERALLY wat its used for. Then explain that there are 2 kinds.
Describe each of the two in a little more detail in separate paragraphs.

A good introduction can be that many medical tests and diagnoses are based on studies done on blood, and the first step toward that end is getting the blood from the patient into the appropriate tubes for that testing to be done.
