I don't think there are any safe, effective patches. I would recommend getting into a program like Weight Watchers.

How exactly are these patches supposed to work? Are they supposed to release some sort of magic compound that miraculously burns fat? Or are they supposed to mysteriously stop you from getting hungry.

These are gimmicks that prey on people's gullibility with the promise of weight loss without effort. They do not work, in fact the only thing they slim down is your bank account.

If someone tried to sell you some magic potion with the promise that it'll make you so clever that you'll breeze through that dissertation on quantum mechanics, you'd laugh them off as a con. Why do people so easily fall prey to scams when it comes to weight loss?

To lose weight, the only sensible, healthy way is to eat sensibly, cut down on sugars, fat and overall caloric intake, and exercise. No patches, no pills, no creams.

its just a quickfix sweets, pretty much like putting a plaster on an appendix...
Try a few lifestyle changes, halving your portions, cutting down sugar in your tea/coffee from maybe 2 to one teaspoon, drinking more water, walking to the shops instead of driving, doing stretches while watching tv...just small but regular changes. Gradually cut out unnecessary stuff altogether, but don't shock your body by making huge changes overnight, you might get "withdrawal symptoms" and it could lead to yo-yo dieting. The quick fixes in life usually doesnt work sweetheart. Not with food, love or money.

Get on a treadmill, and run on it. I know, sounds hard... but it's better than spending $40 on a bunch of "slimming patches" that don't do sh*t.

no they do not work. Weight loss should be kept simple: Intake less than output=weight loss. Input greater than output=weight gain.
