(reaches into bookshelf for magazine)

5 sins per serving on either day. serves 4

128g pack Green's batter mix
3tbsp granulated artificial sweetner
1 1/2tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp bicarbinate of soda
1 egg, beaten
12oz/340g blueberries
fry light
2 level tbsp maple syrup
8oz/227g each of strawberries and cherries
2 mullerlight vanilla yoghurts.

place the batter mix in a bowl with the artificial sweetner, baking powder, bicarbinate of soda and egg and mix well. slowly beat in 1/4 pint water then stir in 4oz/113g blueberries.

heat a frying pan sparyed with a little fry light. pour in 3 tbsp of the batter mixture and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until puffed and golden. keep warm while making 7 more.

place the pancakes on a warmed serving plate. drizzle with maple syrup and serve warm with freshly sliced strawberries, cherries and the remaining blueberries and a spoon of yoghurt.

its an awesome recipe i stand by totally! if you don't have batter mix use flour, its just the same.

I don't know what you mean by "world recipes" but a good rule of thumb would be to just not use fattening ingredients...........You can almost pull up any recipe on the web and it should give you the recipe for less fat ingredients............

The problem with the average recipe is that anything that taste good is fattening........that's just the way it is.......You'll just have to serf the web ....good luck
