I'm not so sure about the exact answer to u're question but.. I know that H.pylori is implicated in the causation of peptic ulcer (which includes gastric and duodenal ulcer)
and gastric ulcer are more likely to cause cancer...

Carcinoma of the small bowel is so exceedingly rare that not a lot of data has been collected regarding this.
