She also licks her front ankle to the point that she gets open sores, but will stop when redirected. Any help?

Take her to the vet immediately. It sounds like she has an infection. Her ankle needs to be checked also for infection and she should have medication.

sounds like shes infected, and the discharge with the bad odor is bad... i would call the vet and get her some meds quickly best of luck!!

call the vet and do it as soon as they open it could be a bad thing it happened to my dog.... just call the vet please
