have 1 litre of water before u brush in the morning and run on the tread mill for 20 min in a day and see the difference

try the cabbage soup diet....this really works...one of my co-workers lost 37 lbs in a month and a half...good luck

its eaxy just stop eating an start fasting, one of my mom's friends use to do that and lost like 20 pounds in 4 weeks

more water..
more fruits...
walk, instead of using the elevator or driving, especially if its near..
don't eat heavy, past six, for your body will have a hard time digesting it..
and work out if your have time ;)
