I have a hairy chest/ stomach and top of my back. I am considering getting the back hairs waxed at a local beauty therapist. Should I go the whole hog and get rid of the chest hairs? What is the concensus of opinion on male body hair?

Personally I don't like any body hair on a ribcage up (apart from armpit hair and well, head-hair). I don't know, it's just one of those things that I wish I could but am not attracted to!
But you shouldn't get rid of it according to popular opinion on Yahoo! Answers! Do whatever you feel comfortable with. Look on the bright side too, all hair will grow back no matter what you do to it! :)

You're doing the right choice, go to a beauty therapist a remove all the back hair and chest hair, now a days males are more care full on how they look and with out hair on your back and all over your chest you'll most likely to look more professional. I know i would.

Definitely get the back hair waxed. As for your chest, I prefer the bare look. If you have a lot of chest hair, or very sparse chest hair, I'd go "whole hog" as you put it. Actually, I'm just not a fan of male body hair. I like running my hands through his hair, but only on his head! ;)

About your problem, well hairy chest, arms/legs, i can cope with but back just too much to deal with. I suggest rid of hair on back. Lots a luck now!

I think this depends on a few things, firstly definitley get the back done yuck. but the front would depend on how hairy it is to begin with and also your body type if you have a nice fit toned body i'd go the whole hog but if not i'd leave the hair.... whichever feels more comfortable to you though.

Some chest and stomach hair is nice in my opinion, but if you have to search for your nipples, I would get rid of some of it.
As far as the back hair, that is something I personally don't like.

i adore a hairy man...not a man with a hairy back...but a man with a beard and a hairy chest is a major turn on for me....get the back waxed and leave the rest

no dont wax the chest hair!!! back hair yes but chest hair is ok... If you get it done once you'll have to keep getting it done!!! and hair will look alot better than stubble when its starts growing back!!!!

Personally, I like a little chest hair and right under the belly button, too. That's sooo sexy. But you have to do what you're comfortable with. If you like the way you look, keep it. Really, the sexiest a man can do is be confident in himself. The rest will fall into place.
