He has been dropping them pretty fast, I know we have have found three of them. When he eats, its sounds like it hurts, and most often then not, after he is done, he has tears come out, you know the type...kinda like you just bit your cheek...Ive softened his food with warm water just trying to help him through this troubled time. Should I contact a vet? Or just see how things go for the next couple days?

I wouldnt go to the vet just over this, and trust me I go to the vet for almost everything. lol Its normal. If he is crying very loud and all the time maybe but it sounds normal to me. Softening his food was good, I would keep that up. I would not give him moist food or wet food. stay with dry, you'll thank your self later.

That's all normal. I would offer canned food, or soak a little dry food in hot water and after the food is soaked and cool, offer that to him (you can also keep his dry food dish full, cats almost never overeat). As long as he doesn't have a fever, has pink gum color, and if you pull the skin on the back of his neck up and it goes back down pretty quickly, has no fleas or worms, and everything else (drinking water, urinating normally, defecating normally, etc) is normal, theres nothing to worry about. Most kittens swallow their teeth when they shed them, and thats why often owners don't even know kittens change teeth just as puppies do.

This is the right time for him to lose his baby teeth. Give him soft food and be patient if he chews on stuff. He should be neutered pretty soon anyway so why not call for an appointment and ask about the teething thing.

My kitten did this too it sounded like she was whining when she ate. I think its normal for that but the fact that she is losing weight isnt. If it seems like she eats enough but is still losing weight, she may have worms, but if she just isnt eating it may not be worms. Your kitten may need to eat wet cat food that you can buy in cans.

Take the kitty to the vet. Do not give cats regular milk it bothers their tummies. Whiskas cat milk it has vitamins in it for cats and kittens.

Normal to lose his baby teeth. Wait and see if no change, bring him to a vet.

It could be the food your feeding him if it is crunchy it might be difficult for him to eat you might want to try kitten food or canned as well .

Give him plenty of milk and some canned food for a few days, his mouth is probably a bit sensitive don't be surprised if you see him chewing on things either...poor baby....
