I want a tatoo on the lower part of my back, not too big or not too small, something like an angel or a nice love heart, can any one help?

If you have to ask on this site then you probably are not ready yet

Get your design together and keep at it until you are absolutely sure about it. Then keep at it a bit longer. Once on it stays on

Get it right first time cover ups are expensive and maybe do not fully cover up.

Trust me get it right first time or at least leave enough to add to an original design

Talk to your tattoo artist she or he will help

Only go to a well recommended studio and leave it if you are not sure.

Get it right first time

Have I said that before

Well I mean it GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME

There I said it again

OK Good luck with your design
Remember Right First Time

There I said it again oops

Thats something only you should decide.
If you are ever planning on having children then beware that you CANNOT get an epidural through a tattoo. So be carefull of placement on the lower back.

I think tattoo is very personal thing and of course it is permanent so it is something you should be deciding for yourself. If you see someone with a lovely tattoo, ask them where they got it done as it is so important that you get a good tattooist. They will have lots of pictures of tattoos for you to choose from. Please don't rush into it. Make sure you are 100% about the tattoo you want. Don't just go into the shop and pick one at random. Hope this helps.

What is it with People down on tattoos? I agree that it is a personal decision. But if they have already decided that it is what they want, do you think they will change their mind because a bunch of people they don't know is saying "Oh don't do it" And yeah the bible does say that you should not mark your body....The bible also preaches about the issues and wrongness of Pre Marital sex and Anal sex, How many of you have followed that study?

If you have to ask someone else's opinion on what to get - DON'T! A tatoo is permanent and should reflect something about YOU. Keep in mind that someday chances are that you'll have to explain it to a grandchild.

This is something you are going to have forever, I think you need to find a picture and take it to the tattoo parlour. Have you selected the parlour as they usually have lots of pictures you can select from? Think long and hard before getting something you might not be that keen on. For example, don't get something that is currently 'trendy' because it won't be for long.

a tattoo is something personal, and is something you will have to live with for the rest of your life...if you are not sure what you want, then wait, think about it...

body art should not be looked at in such a casual way, tattoo's, scarring, piercing etc can be a beautiful way to express yourself, but just getting something that 1000's of others have already have...do you really want to look like everybody else?

Why not be different and NOT have one ...? I had one done about 15yrs ago, sh1t design, colour is all wrong, just a big, big mistake. I'm also pretty sure that as I hit "middle-age" and everything is beginning to head south I'm sure one of the wings is getting longer ...

If you dont know exactly what YOU want to get you shouldnt get one at all, or atleast not yet. This is something that you will have to live with for the rest of your life, it needs to be either something that you love, or something that means something to you...not what somebody recommended on y/a !
