Passover happens on Nisan 14 which is usually 14 days after the new moon nearest spring equinox

The passover, which is also the Memorial of the Last Supper, falls on Niacin 14, which is the first full moon after the Vernal or Spring Equinox. It starts at sunset. It is the only observance that Jesus said to keep.

in the bible the first month is NISAN which is march-april and since the passover is the 12th day in april at sundown so its in the month of IYAR which is april-may which is the seconed month in the biblical calendar
