i think that hard work is the main part of it but i also think that there is alot of luck involved in it too. I believe that two go hand in hand!!!

Its nice to live in a perfect world where hard work is rewarded.
Sadly no, it's luck, bribes, personal relationship, free sex, etc. Hard work is rarely the only cause for success.

success is a factor in hardwork or vice versa but luck does have a lot to do with it also.Imagina all the people who do work and someelse takes credit for it.

I believe the formula for sucess is approximately 90% hard work + 10% luck
