"My potential employer offered me $2500 twice a month, but I asked for $2500 every other week?"
Is that a question?
and he said what’s the difference?
Do you mean he "asked" what's the difference? Otherwise, I am asking...What is the question?
As for me I would take the 2500 twice a month and the 2500 every other week...than the two that I receive the 2500 twice a month.

the difference is this;
twice a month -
12 months in a year x 2 = 24 pay checks
every other week-
365 days in a year divide by 7 is 52 weeks,
this divide by 2 is 26 so you get = 26 pay checks

Do you get to expense your Martini's on Friday's? If not, keep looking.
Is this your fullest potential? If he wants half potential, require twice the pay.
60 Grand ain't a bad paying job. How much vacation do you get? (I get 30+ days this year.)
I don't know how much I make. Really. But I am sure it is at least that. I hope it is. Christ, I got two mortgages and just bought a new car. My other 5 cars are paid for, thankfully.

The question you should ask yourself is this: "Can this possibly be a real offer and would I really want to work for such a crazy person willing to pay me that much for what I do ?"
I mean, that's a lot of money to lay around the house, poppin' Vicatin and making your way from the BBQ Grill to the Hot Tub ... they employer must be crazy.

i'm valuable the £2,500 providence for the business employer might have circumstances linked. i do no longer think of the government ought to have the money for to leave a gadget like that open to exploitation interior the present economic climate! permit's settle for it, we are in a recession, companies are going to the wall daily. Unscrupulous businessmen could invent a job if the money grew to become into on the spot payout, then as you noted, the undesirable worker could be fired off speedy, and the businessman gets 2 and a 0.5 grand in his pocket as he places yet another advert down on the activity centre! i do no longer likely think of this can be the case, it's going to have strings linked so the government isn't out of pocket. the full concern seems unworkable besides, merely yet another pie interior the sky thought from the folk who might have stopped this economic crash from going on.

I asked my employer for my 6 months salary in advance and then I would just go home. The reason is that he will be firing me in 6 months anyway, so I might as well just save him the time and trouble.

well my friend there are 52 weeks in a year if you accepted his offer you'd only be getting 24 pay cheques instead of your proposed 26, let him take our offer and he'll see that he has to dish out an extra 5000. haha

Hey! Where have you been? Take the money every other week. Months don't end in the same number of days.
