I'm not going to answer this question for two reasons..1. when I read this question, I said to myself, oh this is a easy one and then I drew a total blank! 2. What's embarrassing is, my twin brother raised birds of prey, I was a falconer my brother was a master falconer, my mother and one of my sisters own bird shops here in the Arizona valley and breed the big white cockatoos, parrots and other similar large birds like the African Grey, yellow naps and so on. I've come to realize that sometimes, the more a person gets used to and over exposed to something, the more they forget the basics of which started the learning process to fill the knowledge banks. Sorry I couldn't answer your question but I hope you enjoyed me sharing this thought with you. Have a great morning :)

An Aviarist is someone who keeps birds, but it doesn't necessarily mean they breed them. I think you may, as others have said, be stuck with 'Bird Breeder'.

A bird breeder

Depends what species of bird, a falconer can be someone who breeds falcons, an austringer, someone who breeds short and broad winged raptors (Eagles and Hawks) and a sparvitter is someone who works solely with Sparrow hawks, but to be classed with these titles they have to be actively hunting with these birds too.

Bird breeder?

Most people would use the term bird breeder or bird hobbyist. However, a more technical term would be "aviculturist."
