I think personality and dress sense and in a way clever and ofcourse a good perfume (cause women's nose is twice as sensitive as a man's so careful about that)
Personality makes a man. He can be good looking but without a personality he is useless. He should be nice to them
Women love dressing and spend a lot of time on dress and so they want there man to be well dressed.
And no woman likes a fool. They want a clever guy because of society. A clever guy is better to introduce to people as my man then a fool who will spoil your image.
Above all is love, which can come for anyone, no matter how bad he is.

Well for me, it is confidence first. Then sense of humour, they have to be able to laugh at themselves. Of course it also helps if they have twinkling eyes and a self assured grin... and yes a few muscles in the right places wouldn't go unnoticed either!! Personally I think its all magic dust really. When you meet them, they either "hit" you (metaphorically speaking of course) or they don't so my advice is to just relax and be yourself. If she likes you the way you are, then fantastic, if she don't.. well then its "next!" So good luck!! x

Sense of humor, Irony, Morals, Understanding of street life, knowing where you come from, a good listener, someone who needs you but isn't needy, Hip line and butt, Financial Security isn't everything even though it is helpful when your date isn't mooching money off you to pay HIS bills or his restaurant tab that HE took you out to dinner on!

I like nice teeth, lips (I'm a kisser)....I look at shoes and work ethics.LOL
Money isn't a big deal, but he has to be responsible and a hard worker...I'm a big girl and can handle my own finances as long as he is genuine and works as hard as I do. Personality is always looked at, in any situation, be it a guy, friend(basically any human).
