Certainly not very nice.
There is a possibility that they had nothing better to do than post a shocking question, to see what kind of answers they would get.
Or they are mentally ill and like hurting animals, in that case in time they will be caught and punished.

Cats are a pest but that is a bit extreme. Misguided rather than evil. There are lots of ways of discouraging them without harming them.

Anyway, not neccarily 'pure evil'. Just doesn't think of animals in the godly way.

I don't think anyone is pure evil. Everyone has some good in them. Having said that, what he is doing is cruel and vicious and he deserves to be in gaol.
