Health? No.
Balance? Yes.

Headstands and eventually handstands, practiced regularly, give you greater control over your balance... which has vast practical potential in everyday life...

As for your health though... well... your body isn't technically designed to stay that way up for too long... though what folks say about blood going to your head shouldn't be given too much thought since the circulatory system is strictly pressurised. I imagine it might put a little more strain on your heart though if you're at it for hours.

I don't think there is any benefit to your overall health, but they are good to increase your stability and balance. You use a lot of your core muscles during a headstand, so there is some strength training involved.

nope, coz basically, blood just rushes on your head, and it shouldnt be there! however, the arms supporting your weight will become developed.
