Yes!
Sex fluid is a must in living things to build and maintain the body.
When this is completed then excess is used for reproduction.If the excess is not released properly it will cause health & mental problems
But excess of sex will affect body and mind because lossof the vital fluid.So we should be careful and limited.

Sex is important in life. More important to some than others. Being a group which reproduce sexually and the drive to procreate others like ourselves being a fundamental drive in and of itself provides for sex being important in the lives of people.
Others simply hold it's importance in life because they relate it to a good feeling and closeness with others.
However, this being said everything is relative and certainly there are those to which it is less important -- and states of being (advanced age and sickness for example) which also render it a non issue.
HOWEVER, to the typical young adult it is a driving force to be contended within life.

While sex is a VERY nice part of life, it isn't the more important aspect of life.
If you had to chose between never having sex again or being able to have sex, at the loss of something very important to you (like the loss of a loved one), which would you pick?

Technically, sex IS life, or at least the method by which life is created, so yes, it really is, at least until Invitro and Genetically Created Embryos become viable for everyone.
Oh, it feels good too, but then again, lots of things do. No big.
