By telling them the world is wonderful and don't let them feel that infected HIV is the end of the world.teat them equally.do not afraid of them and take care of their feeling.

Avoid exposure to any condition or disease because their autoimmune system is down, so anything could invade their health. And the most important is acceptance and love. ..that they are still a significant part of society.

try to behave with them normally..spend some worthy time with them..try to know their dreams and try to fulfil them.
for longer life, along with the prescription drugs of haart.only after assisting the doctor try for homeopathic and ayurvedic medicines for the illnesses coz they generally dont have much side effects...but all this not without consulting the doctor.

by treating them with love just as you would treat them before they didnt had it, dont be over protected since they wil feel as a burden take them out to things they like and most of all pray with them. get medical treatment
